Yulun Wu (Alan) is a visual communication designer based in Beijing and London. As a Gen Z designer, he draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of popular and multicultural influences that have shaped his creative journey. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design and a master’s degree in Graphic Branding + Identity from University of the Arts London, he has cultivated a distinct ability to craft rhetorical visual languages across diverse mediums.
His expertise spans a broad range of disciplines, including poster design, KV design, graphic branding, publication, type design, illustration, fine art, photography, and motion graphics. With a talent for expressing complex emotions and concepts, he excels in creating impactful layouts that integrate typography, images, and illustrations seamlessly.
For him, design is a powerful tool to connect people with the world. His work reflects a deep passion for storytelling, creating memorable and meaningful experiences that resonate with clients and audiences alike.
